• According to the Braly and Hoggan, 90 million Americans suffer with some form of gluten sensitivity. It is the fastest growing diagnosis in America.
• According to US Census, there are 67 million Americans who cannot digest dairy products.
• People with IBS and Crohn's disease are urged to follow a gluten-free, dairy-free diet.
• One in every 150 children born in America are on the Autism Spectrum.  A gluten-free, dairy-free diet is thought to improve children on the Spectrum.
• A gluten-free, dairy-free diet also diminishes the occurrence of colic in babies of nursing mothers
• According to Rice University, 70% of the population have an overgrowth of yeast (candida).  A dairy- sugar-gluten-free diet is known to improve this condition.
