- According to the Braly and Hoggan, 90 million Americans suffer with some form of gluten sensitivity. It is the fastest growing diagnosis in America.
- According to US Census, there are 67 million Americans who cannot digest dairy products.
- People with IBS and Crohn's disease are urged to follow a gluten-free, dairy-free diet.
- One in every 150 children born in America are on the Autism Spectrum. A gluten-free, dairy-free diet is thought to improve children on the Spectrum.
- A gluten-free, dairy-free diet also diminishes the occurrence of colic in babies of nursing mothers
