- According to the Braly and Hoggan, 90 million Americans suffer with
some form of gluten sensitivity. It is the fastest growing diagnosis in
America.
- According to US Census, there are 67 million Americans who cannot
digest dairy products.
- People with IBS and Crohn's disease are urged to follow a
gluten-free, dairy-free diet.
- One in every 150 children born in America are on the Autism
Spectrum. A gluten-free, dairy-free diet is thought to improve
children on the Spectrum.
- A gluten-free, dairy-free diet also diminishes the occurrence of
colic in babies of nursing mothers
- According to Rice University, 70% of the population have an
overgrowth of yeast (candida). A dairy- sugar-gluten-free diet is
known to improve this condition.
- Burden of digestive diseases in the USA exceeds $140 Billion and
affects at least 60-70 million Americans according to the National
Commission on Digestive Diseases (NCDD).
- Asthma affects approximately 23 million in the USA according to the
EPA and is responsible for 4,000 deaths a year. Kenneth Bock, M.D.
