PRIVACY POLICY

Alternative Cook is dedicated to respecting and preserving your private information.  We may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily supply either while on our website or via email.  Personal information such as name, address, email, survey data and feedback provided by you is used only by Alternative Cook, LLC.  No personal information is shared, rented or sold. Credit card information is destroyed within 24 hours after the transaction you authorized is completed.  If Alternative Cook, LLC becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice on our website before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

REFUND POLICY

Products purchased that are downloadable (video streams) are not refundable.  Products purchased that are not downloadable may be returned for a full credit, minus transaction fees, minus $2.50 per DVD.  To obtain a refund, you must notify Alternative Cook, LLC within 30-days of your original purchase date that you desire a refund for the product purchased and explain why.  The entire product, DVD, recipe booklet, etc. must be returned to Alternative Cook, LLC in its original shrink wrap before a refund will be issued.  If the DVD does not play for any reason, a replacement DVD will be sent to you.  Alternative Cook, LLC will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, as a result of an incorrect mailing address provided by you to Alternative Cook, LLC.  Alternative Cook, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Alternative Cook’s web sites.
