Whole Foods Demonstration
Jean Duane conducted a cooking class at Whole Foods on Saturday, July 26 on Gluten-Free Summer Treats.  She demonstrated how to make crunchy, delicious peanut butter clusters dipped in chocolate, no bake brownies with an icing with a secret ingredient (avocado!) and pumpkin seed butter which can be used on anything from crackers, to vegetables, to sandwiches.  2:30 PM Highlands Ranch, CO

Alternative Cook to appear on PBS's Life Wise in the 2007/8 season. Jean recently filmed 5 cooking segments for the popular PBS show Life Wise.  She'll show how to cook several gluten free, dairy free, low cholesterol dishes, and be interviewed by Cynthia Hessin, Executive Producer.
