Dreams really do come true!  Here is a photo of the DVDs for sale at Whole Foods Market.  They are also carried at Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocers.  But here's the most important part -- they are available anywhere books are sold.  Just ask your store manager to carry them.  Considering that the DVDs use over 150 items found in natural food stores, store managers should be interested.  You'll learn how to use new foods, and they'll sell more healthy foods.  It's a win/win scenario!  Thank you for your help in getting the word out to help the growing population of people following a gluten free, dairy-free, allergy free diet. American Dietetic Association Conference Chicago
Carol Fenster, Savory Palate, Inc. and Jean Duane, Alternative Cook, LLC shared a booth at the ADA conference this year and met thousands of dieticians who were looking for resources for their clientele following a gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-free lifestyle.  Here's a photo of our booth, and a link to the Bob's Red Mill Blog -- Word has it they had a great time after-hours too!!!

Jean Duane conducted a cooking class at Whole Foods Market on Saturday, July 26 on Gluten-Free Summer Treats.  She demonstrated how to make crunchy, delicious peanut butter clusters dipped in chocolate, no bake brownies with an icing with a secret ingredient (avocado!) and pumpkin seed butter which can be used on anything from crackers, to vegetables, to sandwiches.  2:30 PM Highlands Ranch, CO
