According Alternative Medicine, gluten consists of hordein, gliadin
secalin. Gliadin wheat, oats, rye Secalin the protein rye. Hordien
barley. found wheat. Collective, these proteins are referred to as
gluten. Gluten made a mysterious appearance 10,000 years ago and is
traceable in evolution. Humans did not evolve eating gluten.
