If you are newly diagnosed, and you don't know what to eat and you'd like more instruction than is offered in the DVDs or cookbook, or if you would like to learn to adapt your old favorites so they comply with your restrictions, or if you would like some ideas about what foods you can eat with minimal cooking, I am happy to work with you to customize a diet and plan meals.  It is always easier to stick with a new diet if you have a strategy in advance, and know what you are going to eat for specific meals and snacks.

I've been on this road for a number of years.  I've attended cooking school, read hundreds of books on the subject and I am a very creative cook.  I'll show you how to use alternative ingredients to make foods that rival those made with traditional ingredients.  I am happy to help, and we can work together over the phone to customize foods that suit you.  My hourly rate is reasonable, and over the course of a several phone calls, you'll be equipped to cook and eat foods that are pleasing to you that fit with your dietary requirements. 

The Process
The initial phone call is free.   Please contact me via email and let me know what food-related issues you are dealing with and what your dietary restrictions are.  Let me know when you would like to talk and we'll go from there. 

I can work with you in several ways.  You can tell me what you want to cook and I can show you how to do it without foods you are avoiding, or, we can start with some basics -- soups, main dishes, desserts, vegetables, baking, etc. and do a session on each.  When we're finished, you'll be empowered to adapt whatever recipe you want with the alternative methods I can show you.
